Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Renderly AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use an online service and consent to data processing, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Renderly only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Renderly may require a verified email address to create or use an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Renderly uses a credit balance to meter AI generations. Credit costs may vary by template, model, duration, and other settings shown in the product before you generate. Credits displayed in the app are the authoritative measure of your available balance.

One-time credit packs, including the Starter Pack and Creator Pack, add credits to your account after successful payment. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by a future policy update with notice.

Subscriptions such as Creator Weekly and Creator Monthly renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Each renewal grants the credits included with that plan for the billing period. Prices, credit amounts, and plan names shown at checkout control for your purchase.

You may cancel a subscription through billing settings or the payment provider portal available for your purchase method. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

Refunds, billing disputes, and platform-specific purchase rules are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Renderly uses third-party AI systems to generate videos and related media. Outputs may be unpredictable, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

You may upload images, prompts, and related inputs to generate content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that material through Renderly.

As between you and Renderly, you retain responsibility for content you upload. Subject to applicable law and third-party model or provider terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes as described at purchase, but Renderly does not guarantee that outputs are unique, non-infringing, or free from third-party claims in every jurisdiction.

You grant Renderly and its subprocessors a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store your uploads and prompts solely to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

• Uploading content you do not have rights to use
• Generating unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material
• Attempting to bypass credit, billing, or security controls
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service
• Using the service in ways that violate provider or platform policies

Renderly relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, storage, AI generation, and infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Generations may be delayed, queued, rejected, or failed because of provider limits, content restrictions, maintenance, or account status. Renderly may change templates, models, or available features over time.

We strive to keep Renderly available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

When a generation fails under eligible conditions, Renderly may return reserved credits automatically. Credit handling for failed or stuck jobs is described in our Refund Policy and in-product messaging.

Renderly, its branding, software, templates, and site content are owned by Renderly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay applicable charges. You may stop using the service at any time.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@renderly.ai. We will process deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements for billing and security records.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENDERLY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RENDERLY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to defend and indemnify Renderly against claims arising from your uploads, generated content, or misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by Renderly's intentional misconduct or where indemnity is prohibited by law.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Renderly is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
